About these terms
Effective Marketer LLC runs this website. It explains our Google Autosuggest campaigns, which put a brand into the search suggestions that drop down while people type into Google. Here you can check your website for free, reserve spots and book a call. Nothing is sold on the site.
If you use the site for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
The free check
Enter your website, and the check shows searches people type for it, their estimated volumes, and which spots are free or taken. It gives you a quick snapshot to start the conversation. Keep in mind:
- Search volumes come from third-party data. They're estimates and may be incomplete or out of date.
- "Free" or "taken" reflects our records at the moment you check, and it can change at any time.
Reservations
Reserving spots is free and first come, first served. You enter your email address, and we hold the searches you picked for a limited time while you book a call.
- A reservation isn't a contract or a purchase. It doesn't oblige you to buy anything, and it doesn't oblige us to sell or start a campaign.
- When the hold ends, someone else can reserve the search.
- A search becomes part of a campaign only under a signed agreement.
- Please reserve only for a business you own or are allowed to represent. We may decline or cancel a reservation that breaks these terms.
No contract through the site
Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept. Checking your website, reserving spots or booking a call doesn't create a contract for our services. We work for clients only under a written agreement signed by both sides. That agreement sets out the scope, the price and the service terms, including any guarantee, and it takes priority over anything on this site.
Estimates, not promises
Figures on the site, such as timings, statistics and examples, describe our typical experience and the market in general. They're there to help you decide, not to promise results for your business. What we commit to is in your signed agreement.
Using the site fairly
The check is built for people checking websites by hand. Please don't:

Some links take you to services run by others, such as our booking calendar. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we're not responsible for their content or how they work.
